Dodge Dakota The tough, mid size pickup, the Dodge Dakota. The Dodge Dakota has everything the big boys do with a mid size truck price.

Putting 17" rims and tires on 2000 Dakota, do I need to change speed sensors?

Default Putting 17" rims and tires on 2000 Dakota, do I need to change speed sensors?

I have a 2000 Dodge Dakota. I want to change the rims and tires to 17". Do I have to change the speed sensors or tach? The reason I want to change them is simply how hard it is to find good ranging prices on tires which I change every year or so because of the distance in traveling about.

Depends on what size tires you intend to run.
