Hello, my 2003 4wd broke a torsion bar onn the drivers side, I managed to get the old one out and found a used replacement as Dodge no longer has them. The key bolt is rusted solid and I have not been able to loosen it yet. I was able to place the new bar in but nof course there is no torsion on it. I may have to cut the key bolt and find replacemets for it and perhaps the key. Question is how do I start from scratch to adjust the key when I go to reasemble this? Thank you for any help,
