Hey guys this might be a stupid question, but I’m going to ask anyway. Is it possible to combine a factory CD changer with an after market CD player? Just installed a Kenwood unit in my truck and my body gave me his cd changer out of his truck, are their connections to make these units compatible.

check a stereo shop. I know there are some modules that you can use that will send a Fm signal to the radio. I currently have one in my truck. However, i do not have a single disc cd player. But everything works great. Check it out.
