I have a 2002 SLT 4D. Periodically, when I hit the turn signal, the flashers go on. It happens mostly for left turns but sometimes right as well. If I hit the stalk on and off and on and off, I can sometimes get the turn signal to go on, but not always.

I've replaced bulbs in the signals themselves, thinking there was a short in the bulb itself, but it hasn't worked.

Anyone else having this problem??

The turn signal switch (Multi-Function) switch is a MAJOR problem, we replace alot of them
