Does anyone have any info on how to turn on the chirp setting on the factory alarm on so that when you arm it the horn beeps once to let you know it is armed?

 

There should be something in your owners manual about setting that. If you don't have one let me know and I can check mine.

 

Turn key to "on" position but do not start
Hold the unlock button on transmitter down for 4 - 10 seconds
While holding unlock button down, press the lock button on the transmitter
Release both buttons
If you were successful, a single chime should sound
