Default 2 questions...

Okay, when I bought my truck the factory manual was missing, so there's a couple of things I can't figure out about this truck...

1) What's the deal with the high beams? I noticed that when you pull the lever toward you to turn on the high beams, if you hold the lever in a position just before clicking the highs on, both the highs and lows are on at the same time, which seems a lot better than the highs alone, which are not very bright. Is this some kind of feature, or just a transition point from the lows to highs?

2) When I use my remote keyless entry, the horn doesn't beep, the lights blink and that's it. I heard there is a way to set it to make the horn beep, is this true? If so, how would I go about doing so?

Thanks for any help

You can't get both beams to stay on together-thats just the way it is. Horn chirp can be set by the dealer , on some models you can set it yourself but you need the owners manual.
