Default Transmission Problem

I just changed my fluid and installed new filters in my 2001 Dodge Dakota 4.7 (Quad Cab) automatic Transmission, now my transmission will not go into any gear. Check the fluid level and its fine. When shifting into any gear their is no force at all. Can anyone help me?

Is the e-brake on?
Serioulsy though...
make sure the gearshift cable is connected and not broken. Check for cracked, loose or leaking cooler lines. Also check for loose or missing pressure-port test plugs.
If that doesn't do it, your supposed to raise the vehicle, start the motor and see if the prop shaft is turning. If it trurns, its something in the rear end. If it doesn't turn, but tranny is noisy, pull the pan and check for debris, if pan is clear, remove tranny and check for damage. If tranny makes no noise, perform hyrdaulic pressure tests.

How many miles were on the tranny since last fluid change and/or flush? Did you do a filter change and add some fluid, or did you do a full fluid change (flush) and filter change? How dirty was the fluid?
What fluid did you use?

Prolly it is the switch activated [off the brake] solenoid that releases the shifter that has a bad connection.
