Just purchased my fiirst Dakota but did so because i have had great luck with Mopar. My first car, a 72 Duster stillSold after I had 250,000 mileson it then a Dynasty with 190,000 milesstill got me a grand and running great besides a kicking stereo and then my 1996 neon that I drove for years that I purchased for 400 bucks with new tires new brakes and had them install a CD player.Never spent a dime on it then sold for twice what I purchased it for and the buyer drove from southern Tenessee to northern Michigan to get it . My pride and joy, 1993 Stealth that my wife cracked a head on at 247,647 miles because she wasn't watching the temp guage and the original water pump finaly quit.
Now I have purchased a Dakota SLT club cab with Electric everything and everything working except it stalls and sometimes won't start so I purchased it for $800.00 and replaced the crank sensor for 50 bucks and have another great running Dodge. Even has a JVC Cd/MP3 player and a capper.
Think a made out like a bandit again.
