Default Rough idle at start

I have a 98 Dakota R/T

I have been having this problem thats gradually getting worse. When I go to start up my truck after its been sitting overnight it starts up but idles really rough and low for a few seconds or until I tap on the accelerator.
It will start up fine for the rest of the day and idles great.

The truck is not throwing any codes at all. I have tried to get codes several times.
I have taken the throttlebody off and cleaned it all up, and that did not seem to help at all. When I go to start to it, I have noticed that if I tap on the key a few times and let the engine turn over but not start...it will fire right up and idle high for a few seconds and be just fine. I wondering if this is not a fuel pressure issue?

I am open for any suggestions and maybe a direction to pursue this.

Thank you

When was the last time you did a tune up on the truck? Maybe your fuel pressure regulator might be acting up. this is tough

check vaccum leaks also...you could have a vaccum leak and the computer compensats for it thinking its running lean makes the mixture richer and then onces its warm it goes to closed loop so you won't have that problem..
