Default Hello all my 1998 dodge dakota will not start help!!!

Hello all!

I found this cool site on google and it has been very helpful so far. I have a 1998 Dodge Dakota with a 2.5l engine. This truck has been very reliable for the past 7 years or so . I've put 164,000 mile on it with only one probelm (waterpump died) other than the one I'm writing about now. Until now! The other night I drove it to old wal-mart got some stuff then returned home and parked the truck. The truck was running fine all weekend. Then on monday I went to start my truck to go to work and it would not start. So i started with the battery since it was a few years old and replaced that. I tried to start the truck once again it did'nt start. So I figured that it may be the starter since it was 7 years old. So I went and got a new starter and put that on and once again it would not start. I checked to make sure I had gas in it, then doubled checked the wiring and plugs all look good. Being stumped I went and got a actron pocket scanner to check the DTC codes this is what I got running the scan: P0320 MILOFF MONIITRS (3Inc) O2 Htr O2 Snsr Catlyst 3ready Misfire Fuel COMP I looked up the code and it says that its the : Ignition/Dist Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction. I have read that I should replace the crank position sensor. So if someone has ran into this problem before any advice would be greatly appreciated. A big whopping thank you in advance to all. PLease Help!

Thanks
