when in 4HI and wheel is turned full in either direction the truck acts like the brakes are on . This happens both going forward and reverse. All seems fine if the steering is not turned fully to the left or right. Any ideas of what causes this would be appreciated</P>

It's normal,I think, you just can't turn the wheel all they way while in4 HI, same thing happens in the 4x4 Ram I drive. Just have to make wider turns... I was told it's totally normal.

its normal that is shure I broke my transfer case in 6 pieces trying to back-up and sharp turn so =) </P>


be carfull whit your 4x4 those transfer case are only on alluminum so not very tuff</P>


btw anyone knows if theyr are after market transfere case build TUFF for Off-Raod uses...</P>
