Default Camshaft

Hey, I've done a bunch of research on selection of cams. I plan on installing one on my 94 dakota 5.2 magnum. I will be purchasing a "performance" computer from mopar as well as headers with dual exhaust in addition to this cam. I plan on using stock springs. Basing this judgement on the intake/exhaust valve lift which should be 0.432" on this engine I have come up withthis choice:

I'm just wondering if anybody has any advice that I may have missed, or has someadvice on this subject. Or even if anybody knows of a similar cam that ischeaper from anywhere? (budget project).

Also what is meant by basic operating RPM range? If the cam has a range of 800 - 4500 rpm, and I'm reving at 5000 rpm is this harmful to the engine??
