Trailer sway control? Odd feature for this car IMO
I see a feature of the car is that it has trailer sway control.. The official tow rating is 1000 pounds maximum. This is a good feature, though most people won't be towing with it much, most likely just occasionally renting a u-haul trailer.
I wonder how much it cost them to add that system to the car. Usually this technology are just for pickup trucks/SUVs.

If the car already has a traction control system, then this option is probably nothing more then additional software "laws" added to the traction control system with an activation button/switch being the only real extra added part.
Most likely it deals with changes to the way brakes are activated knowing there is an additional load on the system as well as changes to how the skid, sway, roll control software deals with an additional load dragging behind the car.
Cost to add the system for a dealer is probably less the $20 parts wise and sells for a whole lotta cha-ching!
