Default Cai + ags = fail?

So I was looking at doing some different performance Mods to the Dart and I started thinking about doing the typical Cold Air Intake (CAI) and a Cat back exhaust to start and I was browsing around looking at some different setups and I came across this website:

http://www.modernperformance.com/cat..._Dart_14_Turbo

and they are talking about some of the different mods they've done here and I took a look at the Injen CAI they installed and the pictures got me thinking... that if the Dart is using the Active Grille Shutters (AGS) how is it going to affect the CAI performance, mostly because of where the actual intake ends up pulling air from (see below).

Thoughts? Anyone install a CAI and notice any difference good, bad, etc?

I think they sound great, couldn't tell ya much about performance improvements...

Nothing you'll probably notice, the ECU regulates HP and Torque output of the engine.

That's a good point, I've considered getting a tunning chip for the Dart but that would void the warranty right?

What kind of CAI do you have?
