My factory alarm keeps going off for no reason.

I have checked the sensitivity level by rocking the car and striking the windows with a rolled up towel. It doesn't even give me a warning chirp. This is very annoying to the neighbors at 1:00am let along having to go outside and make sure no one is trying to break into the car.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you checked if any issues with the key fobs or your battery? How often is this occurring and has your servicing dealer had an opportunity to review the issue?
