I have a 2013 Dodge Dart and I have been having problems with my FM/AM radio since it does not pick up any radio stations. The CD player, aux, and bluetooth work perfectly so it must be something that only involves the FM/AM radio. I already took it to the dealership and they told me that they updated my radio and their was nothing wrong with it but as soon as I turned on my car the problem was still going on but they said that I had to look at my owners manual to learn how to use my radio. My radio obviously has a problem and I purchased a new radio antenna from MOPAR but it did not fix the problem. Has this happened to anyone? or does anyone know what could be a possible solution to this problem?

 

I think the dealer should show you how the radio works if they think it's operator error.
