Unhappy Low-Beams stopped working

I drive a 2015 base model dodge dart. It worked great for the first few months but at some point, without straying from maintenance checkups, the Low-Beams just stopped working, either on auto or manually. In fact, putting the lights on auto would result in my Dart using its high-beams. I considered this being a problem with the lid that flips up or down directing the beams, possibly a bad relay or ground, etc. But then it switched for about a week and my Low-Beams worked but my High-Beams didn't. I was fine with that, at least I could drive at night without blinding people. But then it went back to the original problem where the Low-Beams stopped working. So I went back to the dealership to change my oil, rotate my tires, and get this light problem looked at.

They fixed it! Until I got home and saw that once again, the High-Beams didn't work, on auto or manually. Again, I was fine with this. At the dealership they said the only thing they did was instal a few system updates. Again. This lasted less than a week and now I'm stuck with the same problem. I don't want to dig into my car because it's still under warranty so if I can avoid spending money or voiding the warranty I will. But I need something to tell my dealership because so far, other than changing oil, they've been completely incompetent. Please help.

You will have to demonstrate the problem to the dealer. You are under warranty, so I advise not digging into anything.

Thanks. That's what I figured, I just hate going back to this dealership. But it was my mistake to buy from there so that's my fault.

As far as I can see, there are no software updates related to headlamps in any way. You'll have to take it to them while it's messing up or they won't be able to tell you anything. There should be enough readable inputs/outputs to figure it out.
