USB aux problem with raidio plz help

Just got a 2013 Dodge Dart and I try plugging my iPhone 7 into the system with USB and says the device isn't recognized and not supported please someone help me

Do you have an owners manual? What system is in your vehicle? Have you tried deleting all paired phones and repairing?
