Blower Motor
Recently purchased a used 2015 SXT. Generally pleased.
One thing that concerns me is that after I turn on the heater it takes several seconds for the fan to start blowing. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Succinct, but not very helpful. Any ideas on what I should check?
Are there relays in the system? If so where? How about a resistor and it's location? The motor? Does the whole dash need to come out?
