Talking 2015 Dodge Dart f24 blows immediately

looking for advice on f24 in 2015 Dodge Dart I had the problem once before took to garage they claimed there was a wire harness that was loosely plugged in. They plugged the connection in tightly and changed the fuse. Now a year later same issue. Car isn’t under warranty and I can’t afford to take to the garage I just need an area to look in.

F24 is ASD output so I believe you're in business there.
