Default Electrical issues.

I have a 2014 dodge dart areo with 107,000 miles.
my question is if I have a electrical issue with the transmission or transmission module is it possible that it would fry the computer, sensors, and other modules? Thanks for any help or input.

Depends on what the electrical issue is...a dead short possible could affect some other modules/sensors.
