Default I need help from the dodge people!

We have an issue with the driver side door of our 2014 Dodge Dart. While cleaning the car. I noticed a bubble on the inside of the door. I took it to Halifax dealership, they took pictures and sent it to FCA. Weeks go by, many weeks. I contact them they can't give me an answer and shuffled me to Mr. H--------- at their sister dealership in Halifax NS. Why I have no idea. I bring him up to speed. Another 4 weeks go by and after multiple tries between these 2 dealerships, trying to find out what they can do ( no one would return my calls). Mr. H ------ calls me approx. 4:50 pm today

( after I called at approx. 1:30pm to both dealerships again) and tells me that it is not covered anymore, even though we have Master Shield under coating. Is there any thing we can do??

The rest of the car is perfect, we don't even put snow tires on this car. It's hardly ever driven in the winter.

From the picture you can see almost the whole inside of the door has bubbled. There is no where else this is happening.

the car has 61177km. we haven't had it 5 years.

HI kayakman,
We're sorry to learn about your experience. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist customers outside of the United States. We recommend reaching out to Canadian Customer Care. I have attached a link below with their contact information, which can be found under the "Canada" tab!

UPDATE : I had a conversation with a dealership owner and he recommended me to a dealership body shop to take more pictures, they also found corrosion on the aluminum engine bonnet along the passenger side edge and put in a claim to both FCA (Canada) and Master Shield Undercoating.

Both of the claims were rejected by the Regional Manager in my area. He said, " It is up to the car owner to have the repairs done at his cost".

The body shop suggested to contact FCA Canada (as did DodgeCares). The body shop manager gave his permission to use his name and all his info, pictures etc. to appeal this problem. It was sent on October 22- 2019.

Now I wait,,,,,,,,

Default UPDATE Oct.25th-2019

I received a call from FCA, Thursday Oct 24th approx. 5:45pm. FCA said they would not do any repairs and Master Shield will not cover the corrosion on the door or the Aluminum engine bonnet ( though they have issues with all their aluminum engine bonnets). So I am out thousands of dollars for repairs and Master Shield isn't worth the paper it's written on. Master Shield is not cheap under coating at $800.00.
With only 62,000kms/38,000miles. The car body is perfect. It washed and wax. Hardly ever driven in the winter. I've owned FCA vehicles up to 14 years with the same paint.

Totally lost ,,,,,

Update - I have tried 5 different dealerships ( body shop Managers/Foremans) and all say the same. This is a Master Shield warranty issue. Even though I have a lifetime warranty until 2049 and 999,999 kilometers. They won't do anything. So any of you that consider this undercoating DO NOT. Not worth the paper it's written on. The car just roll 67,000 kilometers. The owner of the dealership that we bought the car, said he feels horrible how we are being treated (FCA warranty has expired) he was willing to give us $500.00 of his own money towards repairs, we declined.
