Default Stalling on 2015 Dodge Dart

My daughter drove it Sunday. She made it several blocks and the car stalled out. Someone stopped to assist her, they tried to jump the car and that didn't help. By the time we made it to her my husband got in and tried to turn it over. It made a weird type of winding noise. The car ended up starting, so we ran it over to Advance Auto from the to check the battery and alternator. They all tested good.
I drove it this morning. It stalled at the bottom of the hill, and it took 3 tries to startup. I noticed this morning while I was scrapping the windows the engine rev high then real low. Any ideas what it could be?

Hi scissorella7612, We certainly understand why this may be concerning. We kindly recommend having your dealer inspect this concern for you as they are in the best position to assist. If you do work with your dealer, we would be more than happy to provide you with additional support.
