Front spindles
I have a 68 Dodge Dart and I would like to put newer spindles on the front to accommodate a bolt on hub assembly that bolts on separate from spindle does anybody out there know if anybody that sells that type of spindle

You have an A body. This forum is for the 2013 and later Fiat based Dart, totally different car. Head over to the Dodge Classic forum. I don't remember details, but there are quite a few conversion kits available for the A body's.
