I believe its mounted on the left front strut under the hood. Right behind the battery.

Yep, it's right on the drivers side strut tower facing the battery/PCM.

It has been so long since I replaced mine that I forgot which one exactly that it is. If you have purchased a new one, only one of the plugs from the three relays should fit it since they have different plugs.

No, I didn't get a new one. This is all part of my neutral safety switch hooking it up problem. The car that was a standard, is now an automatic. So I have the three prong outlet that comes from the tranny, one is back up light, other is +, and the middle one is the neutral safety wire. And since the car doesn't have that one in its harness I am trying to figure out where it goes. And I when its in park or neutral that wire is ground, and when its in gear its not. And right now for what I understand that wire goes to the starter relay somewhere, somehow. So if any of you guys know where or how please please share with me, cuz i can't get that thing on the road(insured) until that is resolved!
Thanks guys!

I'll see if I can find a few wiring schematics to help you out, if I still have them floating about.

I believe the one on the left ( as you look at it ) is the starter relay, the one on the right is the electric fan relay and I forget what the one on the fender does. I will look that one up and jog my memory.
