Brother in law came over and checked fan.And guess what the fuse was blown(green)a slight hairline crack you could barely see.Man do I feel stupid pulling battery and loom off around wiring harness and following CTS wires and all the ground trying to find a short.I was just going to order a thermastat wiring kit to bypass the factory setup.Any ways fan works and the problem now is the wheel on water pump squeels for 10 minutes then goes away.I'm hoping I don't have to replace waterpump.
