i have an 87 daytona turbo, i just got it not to long ago and right now its in at the shop getting a new clutch put in. i dont know much about cars but i want to learn asap. right now i cant seem to figure out why the lights wont flip up? i cant even tell if its vaccum or not. its hard without the car being here. any tips on what may need to be replaced?

There is a headlihgt control modual behind the boost gauge display. It gets baked by the sun and will not operate the lights any more. There is a small **** off to the side of each headlight so you can manualy crank them up. As far as learning about the car.
