Seat Belt / Wiper electrical "ghosts"
Currently, if I unbuckle my seatbelt while driving my seat belt warning lamp does NOT turn on nor do I receive the warning chime. However, when I start the car up and buckle myself in, the warning chime will stop early.
Additionally, sometimes when I turn on the car my windshield wipers will cycle one time on low speed. Doesn't matter what position the switch is in, and it's only every so often.
Any ideas?

Welcome to the world of the legendary Dodge Gremlin! This is quite normal and will drive you out of your skull. Check the basics(fuses, grounding, etc.) It won't cause the car harm. Just run the problem by your mechanic to get his opinion. I have a tach/signals/radio issue in one car and a gauge/radio/starting issue in another and it's all electrically related. Sometimes it's just a matter of resetting the car. Turn it on and then turn it off. You may or may not hear a whirr and then a click. If you want, run the computer diagnostic to see what error codes you are getting. Go to www.allpar.com for a list of codes. Good luck

See if seatbelt connector is unplugged at base of belt holder- the seatbelt switch opens when belt is fastened- and if this switch is unplugged or wires are not continuous- then the system thinks the belt is fastened.

it's connected. I did a further test, in order to check out whether or not the buckle-to-body computer circuit is working, and it is working normally. Voltage when buckled, none when unbuckled.
But when I checked body computer to instrument cluster, I only got voltage for the first 6 and a half seconds. After that I got nothing no matter if it was buckled or unbuckled.
I think it's a bad body computer
