Default Rust hole floor pan

I have a nasty rust hole under the drivers side all around the e-brake cable on my '89 shelby TII. Any repair suggestions anyone?

Nothing more than cutting the rust away and putting in a steel patch panel.

after you cut the rust out, buy some rust converter (at your local hardware store) then paint over that. It'll probably last longer than the car.
