heaven sent 93 tona
I got this junked daytona a year ago with a knockin rod and blown head gasket and leaking radiator. I've had it for 9000 miles now and still runs the same and have had it up too a hundred not to impressive I know. I have also had 2 others a red 91 my first and a 90 es my second. Ne way I want to get least get 300 horses but 250- will do too. I am goning to midify like no other. I have the 2.5 any ideas. I am going to put in a set of t tops, and am curious, can I get ground afffects for this model. Also with this knocking rod, should I get a new engine needing major help just tell me what to do.
I have a friend with a hemi in his but I dont want to go that big...
was on allpar.com and a had rwd conversion setup should I do that. I forgot to mention it is a automatic, and must stay that way. Everyone says it must be a manual to get good speed. I hate that bonker crap.

If you have the 4 speed auto, it will not support that kind of power. Overall crappy transmission. Known for failures and damn near impossible to bulk up for high horsepower use. The 3 speed is better, but lacks overdrive.
swap in the 413 auto and mod it to take the abuse.
oh and a dang good link on how to get this done!
