so the other day i traded my 1980 datsun 280zx for an 1989 dodge daytona es. its non-turbo, 5speed, and my kind of project. it was involved in a front end collision back in 2005 and the guy i got it from replaced everything on the front end. so the car is straight. my problem is the car won't start after sitting sooo long. he thought the fuel pump is bad but before i put the new one in, i think it might just be a fuel cutoff switch being it was in an accident. the haynes manual doesn't say if the car has one or not so does anyone know whether or not it does? and where the reset button would be if it does? i am going to do a complete tune up before i can drive it. it needs so far a clutch,fuel pump possibly and a good paint job.
