Dodge Daytona 2.5T high crank case pressure

I keep popping the oil pan seal on my Dodge Daytona 2.5 turbo. Something outside the engine as recently put in long recon motor - did same thing after several hundred miles. New PCV valve twice. What else should I be looking for?
