When i am driving the car and I step on the gas, and rev up the engine (still in drive) to about 4000-5000RPM and let off the gas the rpms drop then the car stalls out. and after that it starts up, but doesn't want to idle on its own. You have to give it gas, and very slightly almost give it a neutral drop.. to get er going..
Any ideas??

1. could be getting to much gas and floods out.
2. could be as simple as needing a new fuel filter. We had and 86 camaro that did that and all it needed was a fuel filter change out and she ran perfect.
