Depends how much of it you do.
I'm currently running:
-10:1 pistons from a 92 diamante.
-Ported/polished heads w/ diamante cams
-plenum spacers
-welded/heavily ported/polished plenum
-ported 52mm throttle body
-shorty intake
-18* advance on the timing
-Full 3" exhaust
-A543 trans swap w/ stage 3 clutch
-Fidanza flywheel

I'm sure I left something out, but these mods make it very quick.
There have been dyno runs with less mods that made 167whp (that's roughly 190 @flywheel).
They are very easy to mod. Opening flow is the name of the game on the 3.0. My motor went from a idle to 4000k motor to a 2200 to 6200 motor. Meaning instead of falling on its face at 4k, it pulls strong and hard to the rev limiter.

A lot of the mods can be done without opening the motor up and will give noticeable gains. My old motor had 52mm throttle body, ported plenum, spacers, intake, exhaust, and advanced timing. It was still very quick.

These motors only make 140hp stock so even an extra 10hp will feel like a lot.
