Full Frame Kits
I own an 85 Laser thats pretty stock... for now. Planning to drop in a 3.0 in the near future, but the real fun starts in a year or two. Can anybody tell me if the full frame kit (to convert to rear wheel drive) for the Daytona/Laser is still out there? I know somebody made it years ago (Mopar Performance?), but I have not been able to track one down recently. I'm just wondering if I should break out the welder and the tube steel.
Those kits are impossible to find unless you know someone, who knows someone, who knows someone that knows where one is in some dark warehouse.
Do a search on turbododge.com. You may be able to find something on doing a conversion. But it's not going to be easy!

I don't really want to "merge" cars into one. This is a project thats been going through my mind since I got the car 16 years ago (I'm 32). Guess I'll have to break out the tube steel...
