Might want to make sure it has spark and fuel. More info would help also, Did this just start or was the car sitting for years? Any codes?

yes it is getting fuel, the car was sitting for 2 years but ran when parked. but someone cut both pickups coming out of the distributor, i repaired them both but not sure if that is causing the problem.... the only code i get is 24. i ordered a new coil and distributor..... but any other ideas would greatly appreciated

Code 24 is an issue with the TPS, May want to replace it. It maybe telling the pcm wrong info. Also try using starting fluid and see if it fires. The gas may be stale.

injectors can be plugged with old gas.....happened to me. Would run only if you put gas in the throttle body
