Hello. I own a 1989 Dodge Daytona (original owner!), and am located in central New Jersey. I need assistance with routine brake work, I currently can't afford to have it done, and need to do it myself, and am looking for someone to help me out. Any suggestions or advice are welcome. If this is the wrong forum to post in, let me know. Thanks!
Seems like you need to find a backyard mechanic to buddy up with and do your brakes.
They are not that hard to do if you have a little experience, but confusing if you have no experience.

What all do you need help with? The brakes are fairly simple. You'll need a few specialty tools. You can get by without them, but they save you time, busted knuckles and also sleeping on the couch when you teach the grandkids new words.
