I noticed tonight my right headlight was out , so I went to check the fuse box to see if maybe the 20 amp fuse went out but it was good so I had spare 20 a fuses so I put a new one and it’s still out , it’s making a sound when putting in the 20 amp fuse

It made a sound because the moment the fuse made contact it completed the circuit. Do you have regular headlamps or did your car come with HID's?
