Hi everyone! I’m restoring a 1993 Dodge Daytona 3.0 V6 and I found these two wires (marked in blue in the photo) near the front of the radiator, just in front of the battery.
They seem cut and I’m not sure what they were originally connected to. The wires were taped, and they come from a harness covered in black mesh.
Does anyone know what these wires go to? Could they be for a fan relay, sensor, or something else?

That doesn't look factory. I'd say someone had a "system" on the car at one time.
I don't see the fan, shroud or reservoir so that would be my guess.
Thanks for the pic! Your engine looks like new. In my case, the coolant reservoir is disconnected, but I found it inside the car — I just need to hook it up. The most difficult part now will probably be finding a fan, sensor, relay, fuze, and getting everything connected properly.
It's not mine just a pic from the internet, Mine is a 2.2 turbo. If I remember correctly the newer fans are what you want. The older ones(fan blades) where made from aluminum and looked like they didn't move to much air.
