Help! Where is the Flasher?
I spent a good hour trying to find the flasher yesterday because my turn signals stopped working. I even went up to the parts store and they did not find it either. So I just need to replace the flasher, but I can't find it. 1990 Daytona. Thanks
FRONT SEATING AREA, DRIVER SIDE, UNDER DASH, MOUNTED ABOVE KICK PANEL. It will be in or along side the fuse block. Usually a round silver plug about an inch and a half(ish) round and maybe another 1-1 1/2 tall. Most have three prongs.
I havve looked there, there is nothing like that around the fuse box and I have even taken the plastic off so I could see better. I cannot find it and I know there has to be one. I just don't know where it could be hidden.
Hey when you take the panel down it is on the right side of the car when you are sitting in the drivers seat, it should be yellow its about three inches long, but anyway it is hooked on a little metal piece.
The part your looking for is Part # 3373429 and the dealership has them normaly on stock, here in Kansas they cost $31.20. The flasher is also your hazzard flasher as well, and it has a tie strap on it that holds it to the plugin, and to the metal clip that holds it to the bulkhead under the dash on the right side, look at where there is some slots in the plastic piece, and it sets directly behind that.
