Fuel!!
I am not new to the automotive world, but i am new to daytona's. I have recently (today) And i knew it wouldn't start. The guy told me the fuel pump might be gone. When i got it home, there was plenty of fuel pressure, and the Injector had power. It can either be a bad fuel pump, or possibly the Neutral Safty Switch. It might have been un plugged. And when it is, the engine wont turn over. Help Please!
You shall soon learn that daytonas are nightmares for wiring problems. If you have fuel pressure at the bleed valve at the engine, everything with the pump and filter is okay. It has to be the wiring. Depending on the year of your car, there are a series of codes your car can throw to tell you what the problem is, if in fact it is wiring. The link is http://www.allpar.com/fix/80s-codes.html Hope this will help you.

Yeah, There is pressure, but its low. Ive been thinking alot about it, and being a mechanic for 3 years now with the low pressure, and it being an In-Tank fuel pump, there is most likly rust in the tank, causing the strainer to clog, and not enough pressure get to the motor. Its an 89, and the wiring was re-done throughout the entire car, ever wire is brand new. This was done about 6 months ago.
Yep, But another thing is , If someone had been fueling up when the gas station was re-filling its tanks, it often stirs up the debris in the tanks and you can get some of that debris in your car.I would check the neutral safety switch.

Have you thought about replacing the "possibly clogged" fuel filter. They recommend changing them once a year. If you have fuel pressure, even low, I don't think that the pump is bad. Usually they just stop working all together and not just a slow demise.
Yep, Mine and my uncles chevy vans both took a **** at once, turns out they were both the fuel filters, how ironic.

Why do people say Daytona's wiring is a nightmare? I'm no electircian, but when the car has the ability to tell you what is wrong, thats great. With tbi cars, parts are so cheap (or free) from someone that finding problems is as easy as swapping. I had 2 such tbi setups in my warehouse that I had to give away.
