Im in Evart, kinda by Big Rapids. I've only seen 3 other Daytona's around here, and I don't see them often. But here's my car.

Thanks malachi! I know the junkyards around here by heart and all of them combined have a total of 3 Daytonas. And, I've already stripped the good stuff off of them. Do you remember what the place on 8 mile has? years? V6s? 2.2s? ES? Shelby? etc.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
I know they have at least 6-7 Daytona's and a few LaBarons of the same years....
Most are ES...... with V6
I have seen a few turbo models over the last year.....
They have one CS edition added recently..... I noticed the "CS" on the fenders were missing.... but the car was intact a week ago still...... Hard to find much for the 5 speed stuff.....most the cars are autos.
They are all up on welded rims to make pulling parts easy....and tehy are put on gravel..... which sucks to lay one...but WAY better than mud!!!!
I don't pay much attention to the Dodge section though as I don't plan to recondtion my car..... just find a new motor and sell it soon..... I have too many cars now.

Same story here. Most are autos.
I've been looking for the little rubber bushing shift lickages for the 5sp. for about a year now. One of mine rotted out and came apart. Luckily it broke apart right as I pulled into my drive. I've got it tied together with baling wire right now. Works fine but I'd like to fix it right. Dealership wants $300+ for a new linkage. I'm not paying that so I guess I'll keep looking for a wrecked 5sp. I did find a 5sp Spirit, but when I pulled the linkage out the bushings were rotten and fell apart in my hands.

There are a few 5 spd's........ only one Daytona that I noticed as I wanted a part in the center console.... and noticed it....so they have at LEAST one now..... and I am sure a few other cars will have them..... The place is well set up.... best I have seen in a junk yard....complete with port-a-potties and a hot dog vendor....and a propane heater to warm your hands...... all fluids drained for you...... and lower pricing then ANY other place I have found. They even rent wheel barrels to haul your tools around.
$185 for a 4 banger motor with 30 day warranty
$225 or so for a V6
$300 or so for a V8
Any motor, any car........ I am not sure what they charge for a rotory though.
I have bought agood grand worth of parts from them so far.
Are the linkages in the shifter? or what....describe where and how to remove them. I may be able to grab them.....and either meet up.....or ship to you.

Thanks for the offer. Sounds like a high class junkyard...I think I might check it out myself. What's it called?
The linkages are the 2 (side to side / up and down) rod and bushing joint asseblies that run between the shifter and the trans case. I don't remember how many bushing knuckle joints there are on each, but I'm thinking at least 2 or 3. On mine, the bushing that rotted out is the one right at the trans case on the side to side assembly.

I usually have few parts for these cars. I'm in Livonia and some are at my house, others in a warehouse in Wixom. Right now I have a ShelbyZ Daytona in the f/s section. Mostly the GenI/II cars, but some parts are universal.
I have a 1990 dodge daytona es with a 3.0 and maybe in the process of putting a ford taurus sho v-6 motor in the car. I love how fast the sho is and the daytona would be alot fast then most cars on the street with that motor.I live in waterford, MI that is northern oakland county. Thanks Chris
