Default HELP

I have recently put new battery terminal ends on the positive and negative of my car. Before this, it would idle perfectly. Since putting the ends on , it now stalls when I downshift. IS there a re-learning stage that the computer goes through? What might it be.

That is the only thing that I could think of that could possibly have that effect.

Sounds like a faulty "speed-distance" sensor to me. These car do not re-learn anything.

He means reset, just like after a mod to get it to compensate for the improvements from the mod. Then again, I guess it kinda is relearning. I read in a Mopar magazine a few years back that if you disconnect the battery and then reconnect it before a run you can actually get more boost for that run as it relearns all the little details. I would imagine that the same might hold true for the newer cars as well, like the SRT-4, and allow more boost.

I may just have to put that to the test one of these days. Ya learn something new every day.[sm=smiley20.gif]

I too have never had the chance to put that to the test, but if I get the chance I just might.
