Jesus christ crap crap crap.. ok quick question just got a 2003 neon SXT.. the stereo is **** so i pulled it out.. didnt cross anything.. did while the car was off key was out.. i try to turn it on and i hear the engine thudding but nothing else.. just bumps from the engine. **** i just ****ing got this car.. wtf is wrong GOD HELP!

jesus.. ok ive slowed down.. i think there is a security thing in there.. thats prolly why it wont.. how do i bypass that

 

Start checking fuses??? Did you cut any wires? If so and you still had the battery hooked up something may have shorted... The stock radio just unplugs, so unless you cut something that's very strange...

First of all did you disconnect your negative side of your battery BEFORE you touched your radio? Future note ALWAYS disconnect your battery before you do anything electrical to your car. Now as far as your car not starting I say check ALL your fuses under the hood. Does your radio work? If not check those fuses as well. I never heard of this before. I heard of the radio not coming on but not the car.

 

ok now im not hearing anything.. NOR POWER!!. what the **** is wrong with this car dude.. jesus christ.. i mean its fresh batt as far as i can tell not TOO many miles even drove on it.. i didnt touch anything and now nothing.. not the key saying its in.. not the lights.. no warning.. no nothing when i turn the switch.. dude wtf.. think its the battery even though its new? i mean.... no power whatsoever.. i checked the fuses and they are all fine.. jesus christ.. lemon law in mass better ****ing help me out here wtf
any more clues?

 

an you explain everything you did in a calm way lol. did you unplug the radio or did you splice something.

 

all i did was take the radio out.. took out the batt and cut the wires.. put the new one in..plugged battery in.. tried starting car.. thud thud thud thud.. no electrical sound. just like something kinda clicking in the engine area i suppose.. talked here.. went back... no NOTHING is on.. no warning keys in the car.. no lights.. no light on the dash cuz when you open the car.. it shows and the lights come on.. looked at every fuse... perfect. i am at a complete loss now.. and have no idea what the heck is causing all of this.. the battery is a 04.. im going to get a charger later and figure out how powered the battery is.. and i hope to all sweet jesus that its just drained for some horrific reason.. becasue not even the dodge guy knows wtf is up

 

jesus.. ok so said **** it what the hay.. ill jump it for ****s and giggles.. got my truck over.. put the clamps on the battery.. for more ****s.. because i knew it.. i ****ing knew it and didnt want to believe it.. i snapped the other side together............no spark.. the batt was run DRY.. no lights on over night... no big work.. 07 battery which has been driving for a LONG time even the dealer.. put it on the truck.. BOOM! GOD SAID LET THERE BE BUMP AND BUMP HAPPENED.. jesus music flung on and everything. this is lolsume.. but that scares me the battery ran dry.. i have to check **** out to figure what it is thanks for the help
