This fuse blows while ig. switch is in run position, not while cranking engine? Seems strange to me, any suggestions? Thanks for any help.

 

Have you replaced the fuse more than once? If so i would get the starter tested and also use a volt meter to see if the starter is getting power when the key is at that stage. Might be a very bad ground too sence there is one connected to the starter. Hope that helps
