So this sticker talks about devices which may be installed by the manufacturer which contain mercury and the third item listed is HID Lights. Does that mean that Dodge is considering HID lights in the future? Or they were just cheap/lazy and reused a sticker from another car?

Nav is an option and I think they have a general sticker.

 

Yes, and so is the rear seat video display, but HID lights are not an option for the Ram, that's why I was curious.
