Default Sat Radio channels

I have an annoying issue , wonderng if anyone else has the same or if I'm doing something wrong.

Seems sometimes the sat channel numbers show up and sometime they don't. I have tried changing the view and hitting the "info" button.

just last night i was driving home and at first I could find a channel because the numbers werent there. I have to remeber which channels are on my presets and then count as I scroll through the other channels

I have not had that problem, but it seems the sound is less on sirus rather than on FM. When I switch from FM and Sirus the sound is less on sirus ????

When I had XM it sounded more clearer on XM ????

what radio do you have? is it one of the my gigs, or a 'normal' one? If normal one, try hitting the 'time' button.

MMMMRice,

Apologies if you found my response to be curt.

In my haste I unfortunately tried to use some fairly conventional text message nomenclatures. My intention was to be efficient in my retort, allowing others to opportunity to pleat information quickly while allowing time in order to opine if needed.

Sincerely,
SilverRAMNJ

BTW – I got me some fat fingers and no time to worry bout gramma - u c??

On my RER I sometimes lose my satellite presets. AM/FM presets are there but the satellite presets are gone. Has happened a few times so far. Wierd.

Thx InBred

Hitting the "time" button did the trick. It was annoying not knowing what channel I was on.

Since we are talking sat radio, when I first turn the truck ignition on within 1-2 minutes the sat radio cuts-out for 2-3 seconds then is normal afterwards. Seems it does this everytime. Does anyone else have this annoying issue? Maybe normal? Thanks

Hi,
I have a mygig radio(rer) and I'm trying to delete/change the presets for the sat radio. How do you do it? There were 6 already preset but I don't want those ones. The owners manual nor nav manual tell you how to delete them.
Thanks
