My local dealership story!!!
I have a story to tell that came out awesome!!! So bare with me...
I had my truck sprayed at a Line-X dealer last week which was 75 miles away. It was raining so I did not get a good look at the truck until I got home. I noticed an overspray on the back window...like someone throw fine black sand all over it. I called the Line-X guy and he swore it was not from his shop. He accused my Dodge dealership of doing it when they undercoated it. This is odd since it was undercoated when I purchased the truck a month ago. I did not notice any overspray, then, and I went over it with a fine tooth comb. Not until I got it back from the Line-X shop, did I see the spray.
Well, the Line-X owner still did not take blame but told me to bring the truck back and he would have the detailer next door take a look at it. Thats another day off and 150 mile round trip!
I decided to stop by my dealership and see what they recommended. The owner is a good friend of mine and told me to leave the truck. This was this morning. I got a call at noon to pick up the truck...all was finished. He only charged me for doing a deluxe wash of the truck at $14.95. No charge for taking off the overspray. Now, my truck is all shiny again with no overspray on the window.
Kudos to the boys at my local Dodge dearlership...awesome folks!!!
