Angry No 2010 1500 Sport Model ?!?!?!?!?

I went back to the Dodge website to build my Ram 1500 4X4 CC Sport for the umtienth time because that's what I do in anticipation of ordering my 2010 in a couple weeks. I saw that they had the 2010 info up on the site and thought, cool, I can see if anything has changed. Much to my dissapointment, there was no Sport model being offered for 2010. I'm hoping that the website isn't correct or just incomplete at this point. Can somebody with any inside info shed any light on this huge mistake on Dodge's part ?

There is a 2010 Sport model, but it isn't starting production till towards the end of Oct. I guess they have kept it off the website till it's ready to start production.

I have mine ordered, just playing the waiting game.

Actually I pick up my 2010 sport crew cab today. I ordered a 2009, but it couldn't be built in time thanks to the bankruptcy. So instead they built me a 2010 for the same price.

Suppose to be in the same boat, but they told me that the 2010 sports aren't being built till Oct.

I wonder what happens to all those 09's that were on the line not ordered for anyone just dealer, you think they just change the vin tag and make them a 2010, I have seen worse . LOL I am sure you have a 2010, but what would the difference be, has anyone heard....I would guess some technological changes for sure, would be nice to see some different wheels these have been around for too long on the Chargers and the trucks and whatever else.

They can't just change the VIN tags since the VIN is stamped into the chassis and body.

It would be nice to equip them with some factory 22's or 24's to change things up a bit. And get rid of those damn Wrangler tires.

My truck got stuck on the line and I went to CT to get the one I have now, so technically the one on the line was no longer a customer order, but a dealer order, I would thing anyhow.... It showed up eventually at my dealer and a co-worker bought it.
