most dodges have little white pieces of plastic that you can just use a large flat blade screw driver to get off.. but there is a tool out there that will do it a lot easier. and they just snap right back into the holes on the door

in other words, pull from the bottom and work your way up... the top normally has a lip and sits against the window which will need to be lifted off of. check for plugs or hidden screws near the handles or trays. all doors are about the same, careful with the white plastic clips that craiggles09 said, they break very easy...

DO NOT try to pry them off like the old style like stated by craiggles09, the 09 ram is easier then that. All you have to do is remove the black torx looking screws around the panel, be careful they are plastic, remove the black press in clips after you remove the torx screws. pop out the window/lock switch, unscrew the plastic piece behind the door handle, pop out the small plastic piece right behind the side mirror, than simple lift up on the panel and it will come right off.

Pretty cool looking design for the installation of the window. Looks like no more scratching the frame of the door? When you get your door panel off you will see what I mean.
